Christopher Damurjian

Registered Dental Hygienist

Christopher grew up in New Jersey, spending countless hours in his father’s dental office where he learned that great dental care is about more than fixing teeth. It is about prevention, education, and helping people feel at ease. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Environmental Science from Drew University, a Master’s in Science with a focus in Biology from NYU College of Art and Science, and graduated with honors with his dental hygiene degree. While at NYU, he served as the SADHA President and was recognized by The New York Dental Hygienists’ Association with the President’s Award.

Christopher believes that patient education is just as important as the treatment itself. He takes time to explain how small daily habits can protect teeth, gums, and bone health. His hygiene appointments are about more than cleaning teeth; they are about building confidence and preventing problems before they start.

When he is not in private practice, Christopher teaches as an adjunct clinical instructor at NYU College of Dentistry, focusing on pediatric outreach and education, and serves as faculty for Align Technology, teaching continuing dental education courses.

As a Brooklyn resident, you might see him around the neighborhood with his kids, Samuel and Mabel, and their dog, Eros, usually stopping to chat with neighbors and share a smile!
